Payments, verification, refunds, chargebacks, and payouts may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consulty is not liable for disputes, losses, delays, acts, or omissions involving clients, consultants, or third-party providers.
Use of the Platform is subject to Consulty’s Terms, Privacy Policy, Payment and Payout Policy, Refund Policy, and Consultant Agreement.
