We review complaints relating to accounts, bookings, payments, conduct and services.

9.1 Submission

Send complaints to legal@consulty.com with account details, booking reference, issue summary, desired resolution and supporting documents.

9.2 Acknowledgement and review

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and issue an initial outcome within 10 business days where practicable. Complex payment, legal or provider matters may take longer.

9.3 Escalation and records

A user may request one internal escalation within 10 days of the outcome, without affecting mandatory complaint rights. We may retain complaint and outcome records for compliance, service improvement, fraud prevention and legal claims.
