• Money laundering, unlicensed financial services, investment solicitation, gambling, weapons, controlled substances or restricted goods.
• Licensed professional services without the required licence or insurance; academic cheating, forged credentials, impersonation or review manipulation.
• Harassment, discrimination, hate, threats, exploitation, trafficking or unsafe conduct.
• Malware, unauthorised access, surveillance, data theft, spam, scraping or security circumvention.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or publicity rights.
• Guaranteed legal, tax, medical, immigration, investment or business outcomes that cannot lawfully or honestly be guaranteed.

Consulty may remove listings, cancel bookings, suspend accounts, hold payouts and report conduct to providers or authorities where legally appropriate.
