Data collected

We collect account, profile, contact, booking, payment, message, usage, and support data. Professional verification may include certificates, licences, payout details, and professional records.

Identity verification

Government identity documents, selfies, liveness checks, and related verification evidence are collected and processed directly by our specialist identity-verification provider, Didit. Consulty receives and stores session identifiers, status, timestamps, and limited decision metadata needed to manage account eligibility; Consulty does not intentionally store the passport or identity-document image in its application storage.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform contracts, operate payments and matching, verify users, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with law, and improve the service. We rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with hosting, payment, verification, meetings, analytics, and professional service providers or competent authorities. We do not sell personal data.

Sensitive documents

Identity evidence is processed under the verification provider’s controls and is never made public. Professional certificates remain separate and only approved credential information may be displayed according to consultant settings.

Retention and transfers

Data is retained for operational, legal, compliance, and dispute periods, then deleted or anonymized. Cross-border processing uses appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Your rights and security

Subject to legal exceptions, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. We apply technical and organizational safeguards and address reportable incidents as required.
