Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation, refund, project termination, and dispute handling.

Scheduled sessions

Cancellation at least 48 hours before a session is eligible for a service-price refund, less any non-refundable processing cost. Between 24 and 48 hours, platform credit may be offered. Under 24 hours or a no-show is normally non-refundable unless the consultant agrees or law requires otherwise.

Projects and custom work

The accepted proposal controls milestones. On termination, the consultant is paid for completed work and approved expenses; the remaining balance is reviewed for refund.

Provider cancellation or non-delivery

If the consultant cancels or materially fails to deliver, the client may receive rescheduling or a refund for the affected service after verification.

Disputes and timing

Disputes should be submitted with evidence within 14 days of service or delivery. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, subject to processor and bank timelines. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
