Platform software, brand, layout, databases, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to Consulty. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Platform under the Terms.

8.2 User warranties
Users confirm they have all rights needed to upload and use content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
8.3 Takedown requests
Rights holders may notify legal@consulty.com, identifying the work, allegedly infringing content and location, ownership basis, contact information and a good-faith statement. Consulty may remove content and seek a response from the uploader.
8.4 Portfolio use
Consultants may not display confidential Client work or identify a Client in a portfolio without permission.
